State of Uttarakhand and Jharkhand has approved the cultivation of ihemp and IIHA file is under screening. Once we get the approval, the process of further sub license will be available for its members. Cultivation in Punjab is also under screening.
Yes, for textile it is legal. For health products, the trials are going on and it will take some time.
